The Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) is a California initiative designed to accelerate the adoption of zero-emission off-road equipment by providing financial incentives to purchasers and lessees. Administered by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), CORE offers point-of-sale discounts to offset the higher initial costs of zero-emission technologies, thereby promoting cleaner alternatives in industries such as freight, construction, agriculture, and more.

To participate in the California CORE program, contact us for more information. We handle the voucher application process and help you get your equipment. There is no requirement to retire existing equipment, and additional funding is available for charging and fueling infrastructure, as well as for equipment deployed in disadvantaged communities and for small businesses registered in the state of California.
It’s important to note that demand for CORE funding has been high, often exceeding available resources. Funding cycles are scheduled periodically, and interested parties should stay informed about upcoming opportunities.
